Guava Duff Sauce Using Whipped Cream


Ingredients Needed

1 Serving Guava Duff

1/2 Guava shell

4 oz. Anchor Brand UHT Whipping Cream

2 Tsp. Powdered Sugar (Confectioners)

2 oz. Old Fashioned Guava Duff Sauce

Guava Coulis (Puree) For Garnish

Method

In a Mixing Bowl combine 4 oz. Anchor Brand UHT Whipping Cream and 2 tsp. Confectioners Sugar. Whisk until Anchor UHT Whipping Cream forms stiff peaks. (Note: do not over whip as the cream will separate). Fold in 2 oz. Old Fashioned Guava Duff Sauce, whisk by hand, sauce should be thick without peaks.

Spoon some sauce onto serving plate place sliced serving of warm Guava Duff on top. Spoon a little of the sauce so the Guava Shell can stand upright and fill with Guava Duff Sauce. Use Guava Coulis as garnish to add some color.
